Solent Rotary continue to support the Ukrainian Language Club with their language books and basic stationery.
We were also pleased to support their Children's Christmas and Easter parties – these providing an important opportunity for the Ukrainian families to meet up.
With the ongoing War it is important that the families (mostly mothers) are supported in their quest to maintain the children’s Ukrainian language, culture and heritage. Many of the children came as babies, therefore have no memory of their life in Ukraine before the War.
